If you wish to cancel your account and/or have your personal information deleted, please follow these steps;
1. Open the Motion for Audi Connect app on your smartphone and tap the menu icon on the Overview screen.
2. Tap About and go to Privacy Center.
3. In the Privacy Center, tap on Delete and then select Request deletion on the next screen.
Account deletion typically completes within 2-45 business days, you will receive a confirmation email when the request is completed.
